Description of Service
Vanta is an AI powered character scene generator. You upload reference photos to create characters, then generate photorealistic scenes using Google Gemini AI. The service operates on a credit based system where credits are purchased through Apple In App Purchases.
Account and Authentication
Accounts are created automatically using your device's unique identifier
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
Each device is limited to one account
Account creation is rate limited to prevent abuse
Credits and Purchases
Credits are required to generate scenes
Credits can be purchased through one-time credit packs via Apple In-App Purchases
Credit costs vary based on the AI model and resolution selected
Credits are deducted only after a successful generation
Credits never expire
New accounts receive a small welcome bonus of credits
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Vanta to:
Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive others
Upload photos of individuals without their consent
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the service
Circumvent content moderation or safety filters
Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the photos you upload
Generated images are created using AI and may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI model (Google Gemini)
You are responsible for how you use generated images
We do not claim ownership of your uploaded photos or generated images
Content Moderation
We employ content moderation measures to prevent the generation of inappropriate content. Scene descriptions containing prohibited content will be rejected. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our content policies.
Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
AI generated images may not perfectly match your expectations or reference photos
We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of AI generated content
Service availability may be affected by third party services (Google Gemini, Apple services)
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vanta and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of credits, or service interruptions.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen. Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data, including characters, generated images, and remaining credits.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
